Hi! I went with Donor 11050. He is 6'3", Nigerian and Scottish, with freckles and curly black hair.
we went with 2389 - his audio was awesome and almost 20 minutes long... his stories where great and from the heart... It sounded like something I would be proud to share with my child in the future when we explain the donor! That was a big part of our decision making!
We used 3804 - he was a little older than most donors, already had a wife and son, and was well educated. I really fell in love with the way he answered his essay questions, used complete sentences, and appeared to answer honestly from the heart. I could tell he really wanted to be a donor and for the right reasons (not just for the money. Personally, that response alone turned me off of some donors. But that's just me.) I actually did not purchase any of the additional information on him until after my daughter was born. After hearing the audio and reading the rest of the material, I feel even more sure of my choice in donor!
My partner and I have narrowed it down to four donors. All four are Filipino, and that is the major characteristic we are aiming for. We are both Hispanic; I am light, but she has the appearance of a Filipina,and we want the baby to have both of our features.
I went to the Donor of the Month archives and found 3 of the 4! Though we are considering 02457, 11240 and 11060, the baby picture of 05841 looks almost exactly like her and her brother when they were little, so this one might be the one we end up choosing.
05841 loves history, especially ancient history, and I just happen to be getting my Masters in Ancient and Classical History. And we both love football, so that's another plus.

Hi, we have 10 extra vials of this donor. He's great, and we now have 3 beautiful kids. And our 2+ year old is quite verbally and physically precocious.
